Good Governance.
Without good governance, no meaningful development can take place in a country.The dividends of good governance cannot be overemphasized. Good governance brings about a better living and working condition, it brings about transparency and accountability in governance, it encourages legitimate hustle and discourages the acquisition of wealth without a verifiable business, it sanitizes the society of all known atrocities and vices such as drug abuse, child trafficking, prostitution, arm robbery, Internet fraud, cyber bullying and every other thing that destroys the existence of a people.
Through the mentorship of the youths, those who choose to be politicians or public/political office holders shall be responsible, focused , disciplined and committed to remain responsible politicians. We also need to put in place an Independent and sincere Electoral Commission that would conduct a free, fair and credible elections.
The youths should be willing to participate actively in the politics
Indeed, power belongs to the people. There would be nothing like leaders without the led or the governed.
The youths can get involved in productive politics when they begin to sponsor and support fellow youths with proven track-record of good character.
No, the youths can contribute to good governance when they refuse to be used as thugs by some politicians to silence their political opponents.

Having observed and assessed our communities over the years, we can safely conclude that a good and law-abiding society depends on disciplined, passionate, focused, and responsible youths. With disciplined, focused, and responsible youths, there would be : Good Doctors, lawyers, trades men , artisans, business men, politicians, workers, farmers, traditional rulers, teachers, engineers , historian and so forth.
